If you answered yes to any of these questions, HabitCoach’s Parent Coaching Program may be perfect for you.
What is HabitCoach’s Parent Coaching Program?
Help for the parent struggle
You’re a loving, dedicated parent to a bright child facing ADHD, executive function, or other challenges of neurodiversity, but sometimes the parent struggle is exhausting. You’ve tried countless strategies, but nothing seems to stick.
Our parent coach understands neurodiverse kids
Traditional parenting methods often don’t work for neurodiverse kids. You need practical tools tailored to your unique situation—ones you can apply immediately. You’ll learn how to support your child’s growth, set boundaries, and stop feeling like the “warden” in your family.
A study published by Curtin University found that nearly 80% of caregivers of neurodivergent children experience high levels of stress and poor mental health.
Imagine calmer mornings, more cooperation, and a renewed sense of connection with your child. Every parent needs support but parents of kids with neurodiversity need extra support.

What can I get help with in Parent Coaching
Parenting is one of the hardest jobs in the world—and it doesn’t come with a manual. That’s where parent coaching comes in. Whether you’re overwhelmed, burnt out, or just want to feel more confident in your parenting, working with a coach can help you move from chaos to connection. Below are the most common topics we support parents with:
1. Managing Difficult Behavior Without Power Struggles
Tired of tantrums, talking back, or constant conflict? Learn how to set clear, respectful boundaries without yelling, threats, or bribes. Our parent coaching helps you respond calmly and effectively to challenging behavior.
2. Supporting Emotional Regulation—for You and Your Child
Big feelings can be overwhelming—for everyone. We’ll help you teach your child how to manage frustration, anxiety, or meltdowns while also giving you tools to stay calm and emotionally grounded.
3. Reducing Screen Time and Tech Battles
Does your child seem glued to a screen? We help families create healthy digital habits, set limits that stick, and reclaim family time—without constant battles over phones, games, and YouTube.
4. Executive Function & ADHD Support
Is your bright child struggling with organization, focus, or follow-through? Parent coaching gives you tools to support kids with ADHD or executive function challenges—improving routines, reducing stress, and helping your child succeed.
5. Better Communication and Stronger Connection
Parenting isn’t just about behavior—it’s about relationships. Learn how to talk with your child, not at them. We’ll help you build trust, improve listening, and reduce daily misunderstandings.
6. Navigating Sibling Rivalry and Family Tension
Constant conflict between siblings? We help you create a more peaceful home by giving each child what they need and helping the family system work more harmoniously.
7. Creating Calm Daily Routines
Morning chaos? Bedtime battles? Homework resistance? Coaching helps you build daily routines that work for your family—bringing more calm, cooperation, and predictability to your home.
8. School Struggles and Academic Pressure
If your child is underperforming, stressed, or shut down at school, you’re not alone. We’ll help you navigate school challenges, advocate for your child, and support them with tools for learning success—especially if they have an IEP, 504, or learning differences.
9. Preventing Parental Burnout
You can’t pour from an empty cup. Coaching helps you let go of guilt, set boundaries, and create space for your own needs. We support your emotional well-being so you can show up fully for your child.
10. Aligning Your Parenting With Your Values
What kind of relationship do you want with your child in five or ten years? We help you clarify your family values and align your parenting choices with what matters most—long-term connection, growth, and joy.
Ready to Feel More Confident and Connected?
Whether you’re navigating daily stress or a specific challenge, parent coaching can give you the tools and support you need. You’re not supposed to figure it all out alone.
