Insurance FAQs

Health insurers do not recognize coaching as a reimbursable medical service. However, you should ask your employer if you have a benefit like a Health Spending Account or Flexible Spending Account that will cover the costs of coaching.

Therapy for ADHD may be covered by insurance, but it might end up costing you the same or more than our coaching, with a lot more hassle in dealing with insurance companies. At HabitCoach, we love therapists, but the work they do is different from the work we do.
